Every jurisdiction has its own regulations and review process, and I do the work to understand them, whether that's a county I've worked in for years or one I'm approaching for the first time. Colorado Front Range
I serve clients along the Front Range, including Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Jefferson County, Adams County, and surrounding communities. This is where I'm actively growing my practice, and I approach it the same way I approach any new jurisdiction: I don't assume another community's process applies just because it worked that way in Gunnison County. For every new area, I research the governing regulations directly, so you're getting an accurate answer specific to your project, not a guess carried over from somewhere else.
Mountain, Rural & Western Colorado
I take on projects in mountain and rural jurisdictions across Colorado — access issues, onsite wastewater, water availability, wildfire requirements, floodplain and drainage constraints, steep slopes, complicated subdivision history. These are the exact conditions I dealt with constantly in Gunnison County, and I bring that same experience to other rural and mountain communities.
