Building & OWTS Permits

The Building and Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) permitting process can be cumbersome and challenging to complete without proper guidance. My permit review services identify land use regulation roadblocks early on in the process, saving my clients time, money and frustration. For projects located within the regulatory floodplain, additional floodplain development regulations apply. Having reviewed over 250 Building and OWTS Permits within Gunnison County and being a Certified Floodplain Manager, I’m able to assist you at any point within the permitting process, though earlier in the design process is most effective.
